Senior Leadership Coaching and Mentoring

We have a track record working with senior leaders to help them navigate their leadership successfully. We offer individual (online or in person) executive coaching or mentoring programmes to support leaders identify and achieve their goals, excel in their roles while maintaining their wellbeing in high pressure environments.

Areas of support have included:
Transition e.g. preparing for a future role, creating or adapting to change
Leadership e.g. becoming more effective or more strategic as a leader, working with team dynamics
Skills and performance e.g. decision making, navigating complex team scenarios
grow a capability, making behavioural change
Personal development e.g. developing Emotional Intelligence, developing confidence, making life choices, finding greater balance, stress management

We both have many years of experience in coaching and mentoring at senior levels in a variety of organisations. Additionally Annika holds an ILM7 (Institute of Leaders and Managers) executive coach qualification.

Mindfulness Coaching for Leaders

Many leaders now engage with mindfulness to some degree but struggle to apply mindfulness skills, tools or qualities directly to their leadership, their deliverables, their interactions with others and to the wider organisational values. It remains an intrapersonal skill for them. While valuable, there is so much more that can be gained and we have great experience in coaching individual leaders to develop and apply their mindfulness in the context of their leadership; developing their application of mindfulness tools, skills and qualities at an interpersonal and even an organisational level.

Facilitation and Team Coaching

With two decades of experience of designing and leading workshops and team events, these are always designed around the specific clients’ needs and their goals for the event. The range of subjects has been enormous and has included: Ways of Working, Goal Centred Design, Wellbeing, Team Culture and EDI. We have designed and led events with a small leadership team through to large events with several hundred delegates.

Working with leaders and teams to identify and implement ways of working; including wellbeing and EDI initiatives to enhance organisations’ performance, wellbeing and alignment with their core values. Keynote Speaking

We offer keynote speaking engagements. Established clients include Dell Technologies, GSK, the UK Civil Service and many more. The range of topics to date include: How to Lead under Pressure, Psychological Safety, Organisational Mindfulness, Kindness in Leadership. Keynote speaker sessions have been successfully delivered sessions online and in person with audiences of up to several thousand delegates around the globe.
